We provide a complete  array of exterior and interior BPOs for residential properties.

Drive by (exterior) BPO includes:

Digital picture of front view, side view and house number verification of the subject property.  This also includes photo of street view and pictures of neighborhood properties.

Interior BPO includes:

In addition to exterior photos, living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are also taken for interior BPO.

Please note that the number of pictures taken for each property will depend upon your needs and requirements.

Both interior and exterior BPOs include three (3) pictures of comparable properties that are currently on the market and three (3) pictures of comparable properties that were sold within the past six months.

All properties used for comps should have similar features to the subject property and should be located within the same neighborhood.

Other processes included with our BPO service are:

An in-depth analysis of the subject property, market condition, comparables, and neighborhood trend are used to determine the estimated value of the property.  An estimated repair cost of any damages of the subject property is also taken into consideration to obtain fair market value.

The BPO value can be determined as “repaired” or “as is” value according to days on the market, i.e. 90, 120, 180 days.
BPOs can be delivered via email or fax as required.
